Thank you very much for your letter. It is very important for us to know about your solidarity and about the anti-militarist actions you undertake.

We will try to keep you informed about all our initiatives both in Russia and in the world (since we are a transnational transparty, having its activists in many countries of the world). It will be much easier, if you are using any e-mail. If yes, please let me know it. You can also receive our electronic news, which we send through Internet in English language. For this, you should direct your message to the user "listserv@agora.stm.it", typing in the body of message: SUBSCRIBE TRANSNAT . You will be automatically added to the list of receivers. You can also connect on-line with our BBS by means of telnet session on Internet (domain "agora.stm.it").

Now we exactly need your support in our campaign for conscientious objection right in Russia. Several days ago we have started petition campaign, collecting signatures under appeal to both chambers of Russian parliament as well as to president of Russian Federation, requesting the recognition conscientious objection right as a universal civil right in Russia. It will be very important if you will be able to collect signatures under this appeal also in Finland. Following is the text of the appeal in English. If you will be agree to participate in this campaign, in this case I would like to ask you to send collected signatures to our Moscow office for further handing over to the Parliament.
