I am little bit surprised by the last intervention of Maria Ivanian. I didn't told, that we didn't need a law on alternative civilian service untill war in Chechnya is still in course. I told that a law on alternative civilian service is needed, but not that one which is now presented in Duma and which legalizes military non-combattant "construction battalions" we hate.
Moreover, I never speak with M.Ivanian at all, we never were introduced to each other - neither formally, not informally. Therefore I simple could not tell her anything.
For what concerns my position, it is expressed by detailed way in a draft of joint declaration of Radical Party, A.R.A. and Committee of Soldiers' Mothers, which is inserted here in the Conference several texts ago.
