| My inroduction to Mrs Chechina wasn't personal one, but it was during the meeting of organizing Committe of the Movement for alternative civil service which was held in State Dume on the 20th of April, if I am not mistaken. There were several persons who can confirm her words. About the second part of the my intervention - I've spoken yesterday by telephone with Valentina Melnikova, President of the Committee of Soldiers Mothers, who told me about the war in Chechenja and undesirability of that law during the war with Chechenja. |
