I was in a hurry (why? - now I don't understand it myself) to inform you about the situation in the Parliament of Russia today. And I've forgot to mention that today on the 24th of Mai the draft bill had to be discussed by the deputies of the State Duma in SECONd reading. But with the help of the Liberal-democratic faction (Jirinovsky) this draft bill is refused. It means that we, the working group of the State Duma shall freeze our work with that law, because we are not able to make changes to get the voices of Jirinovsky and company.The only proposal for the RP I have - is to discuss that situation with all of you.
