(Moscow, June 10, 1995) - The international rock music festival under this denomination had been started today in Moscow, in "Ulan Bator" movie theater. The festival is organized by Jerry Rubin Center, A-Club and "New Home" charitable organization. There are presented 12 music groups from Russia, Germany, Chech Republic, France and Spain.

During the first day of festival members of A.R.A. organized a table in the lobby of the movie theater to distribute information about Radical Party and A.R.A. and to collect signatures under the appeal "For conscientious objection right, against militarism". There were collected 115 signatures as well as contributions of 15,000 rubles and 1 earring.
