As spokesman of the liberal party in the Dutch Parliament (VVD) I write to you on behalf of my whole fraction. We received your letter of May 22 in which you ask us to sign the appeal for acceptance for a formal application for membership by Bosnia. I have to,inform you that We, as liberal party will not sign the appeal because we simply do not agree with you that this appeal for the application for membership is the right way to achieve the right goals.
