(Saint Petersburg, July 5) - Nikolaj Khramov, secretary of A.R.A. has taken part today in a weekly seminar on draft and conscientious objection for conscripts and their parents carried by Soldiers' Mothers of Saint Petersburg. He spoke about necessity to develop the petition campaign "For conscientious objection right, against militarism", aiming to 50,000 of signatures in all over Russia in the next two months - until the State Duma will again examine the draft law on alternative civilian service in the second reading. 158 participants of the seminar have signed the appeal "For conscientious objection right, against militarism" and 7 persons declared that they will enroll into Radical Party and A.R.A. in the next days.
