The Gagarin Inter-Municipal Court in Moscow did not satisfied on Tuesday a suit of 20-years old Nikolaj Gorshkov against military enlistment commission which had refused him in changing of the military service onto alternative civilian one (as it is provided by Article 59 of the Constitution of Russian Federation). However, the Resolution of the Supreme Soviet of RSFSR from May 19, 1993 suspended the performance of this constitutional article until the respective law will be passed (but it is not yet passed). Mr. Gorshkov intends to appeal in the Constitutional Court of Russian Federation, Interfax reports.
