As regards points of presence, it will be interesting to start a sort of rethinking of this subject. If we really want to impose our political actions

all around the world, we should start to imagine a "light", but phisically present structure of the party - Even if we decide to promote parlamentarian campaigns, we need someone to coordinate the project.
