I work with quite a few people from Russia, but haven't seen so much as a

glimmering of hope for common sense over there. I'd very much like to find

out what your party's beliefs are, and how successful you have been in

implementing them. Do you have a stock E-mail with that sort of

information?

If necessary, I can ask someone to translate some Russian.
