Hi, there! I was very pleased to read you recent posting on the net. I am

absolutely positive that many Russian citisens are experiencing situations

similar to mine - being abroad, most likely in the US, not being able to come

back because of the possibility of being drafted back home. I am 24 and all my

life military service has been an object of detest and indignation for me.

Interestingly enough, I was most off all surprised that Duma voted for thal law

in first reading. I would not expect that from them. I am sure that this law is

with a flaw (lovely pun), but anyway. I hope you will be regularly posting

information on ARA on the net.
