THE MAYOR OF KISHINEV, SERAFIM URECHEANU, HAS JOINED THE INTERNATIONAL CAMPAIGN, "FLAGS FOR TIBET," reported the Radical Party on 10 November. As part of this campaign, the mayor's building will raise the Tibetan flag on 10 March next year. The campaign was initiated by the international and trans-party Radical Party. Other participating cities include Rome, Turin (Italy), Sarajevo (Bosnia), Krakov, Poznan (Poland), Osijek (Croatia), and Carpentras, Evry (France).
