* Kara-kys ARAKCHAA - member of the State Duma (New Regional Policy). Joins the Radical Party as first time.

* Alina VITUHNOVSKAJA - poetess, journalist, member of Russian PEN Center. In October 1994 she was arrested by FSB (Federal Security Service, a successor of KGB) on the base of false accusation in spreading drug on the total sum of 7 dollars. After 361 days spent in Moscow prison "Butyrka", last October she was released. However the trial is being continuing and several years of imprisonment on the false accusations are still threaten her. Joins the Radical Party as the first time.

* Valerij BORSCEV - member of the State Duma ("Jabloko"), member of Duma's committee on public unions and religious organizations, member of Moscow Helsinki Group, the human rights activist with big Soviet-times experience. Member of the Coordination Council of the Anti-militarist Radical Association (ARA). Candidate to the 6th State Duma on the election of December 17 (Perovo majoritarian district of Moscow).

* Valentina MELNIKOVA - secretary of Russian Committee of Soldiers' Mothers (the most powerful anti-militarist organization in Russia, initially dealing with the human rights violations within the Soviet Army). Member of Coordination Council of ARA. Candidate to the 6th State Duma on the election of December 17 (Pamfilova - Gurov - Lysenko List).
