The Leninsky District People's Court of Ekaterinburg city recognized as illegal actions of the 2nd department's chief of Leninsky military recruitment office, which refused the draftee Vjacheslav Kozlov in his right to fulfil alternative civilian service instead of military one. As Elena Makej, a lawyer of the Information Human Rights Center of "Memorial" Society in Ekaterinburg informed, V.Kozlov motivated his refusing to military service by reasons of conscience. However, the court has taken decision in favour of the draftee and obliged to grant him the right to fulfil alternative civilian service, EAN agency reports.
