Dear sir,

The Transnational and Radical Transparty is an NGO as is yours too, it works in the International Right way, and naturaly our interlocutors are the National Parliamenties, the Europian Parliament and the United Nations too. The Radical Party has the status of the first categori of NGO in the United Nations. We work for the elimination of drug abuse and its related problems in another way because we see the way complished dangerous for public order, and we work to resolve such a social problem, trying for amending the United Nations Conventions in front of this big problem to the Mankind.

Parti Radikale, is an office of the Transnational Party in Albania and it is not an Albanian Party at all, as you misunderstood it by "TRANSNATIONAL" newsletter, it is only a representative organ of Transnational Radical Party.

Of course, we have to do much work for such a new way and aim too, in front of the liberalizzaing way of drugs and in front of the other organiazations as much as to your one, hopping that you will be to our way for liberalize rather than punish.

Naturally we are telling you that you are welcome in Albania and we are going to talk to you for these problems after you will be here...
