Few days ago Olivier Dupuis has issued a new appeal of parliamentarians of the whole world to the Secretary General of UN and members of the Preparatory Committee for establishment of international permanent criminal tribunal, and already now we have a new signature from Ukraina under:

- Taras KYJAK, MP ("Derzhavnist" parliament group), member of Supreme Rada* Commission for foreign affairs, doctor of philology, professor.
