Although my previous message about Ukrainian Security Service have evoked no responds, I inform you about the meeting I've written about before.

The meeting was held with a delay for about two weeks, on February 23. Beside of the representative of Security Service who bores me all the time, his BIG BOSS also was present at the meeting. The meeting was held in a car, so the tape recording is marvellous.

During the meeting, representatives of Security Service tried to convince me not to organize any initiatives for Tibet in Ukraina, because this is not desirable for Ukraina for the moment. "...If you will carry out a demonstration on March 10 in front of Chinese embassy for Ukraina, Chinese government will be discontented and will express this in a note to Ukrainian government. After this the President of Ukraine will command to close any activity of Radical party in Ukraina..."-- the BIG BOSS said.

The meeting ended with nothing, because we've remained on our own positions; but now, organizing the seminar "Tibet: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow", we are seriously concerned with obscured impediments of the government and "power" departments.

Fortunately, we have indirectly managed to receive the permission to carry put the Seminar, but even this permission reads: "...'Transnational Radical party' is not registered in Ukraina and has no right to participate in public events in Ukraina..."
