Kyiv city state administration has permitted Ukrainian party of beer admirers (UPBA) to carry out a seminar on 2.03.96 from 12:00 till 18:00 in the building of your department.

The responsibility for observation of acting legislation of Ukraina lies on the Responsible Secretary of UPBA P.O.Zyrianov.

Also I inform that "Transnational Radical party" is not registered in Ukraina and therefore cannot participate in public actions in Ukraina.
