Today, April 22, 1996, has arrived to Prague for a three-day visit Mr. Chope Paljor TSERING, Representative of H.H. The Dalai Lama for Baltic, Central and Eastern Europe. He comes for the invitation of recently founded civic association S.O.S. Tibet (Association of Citizens for Free Tibet).

Tomorrow at 1 p.m. will be Mr. Tsering officially received in the Czech Parliament by the deputy Cestmir HOFHANZL. Mr. Zdenek PAVELKA, Vice-Mayor of Prague 3, where the Tibetan flag was flyed in the frame of the international campaign, Olga CECHUROVA, Member of General Council of the Transnational Radical Party and Dr. Karel KELLER, sinologist, will be present in this meeting too.

Tomorrow at 6 p.m. there will be held in the Club Novotneho Lavka a lecture of Mr. Tsering about the past, present and perspectives of Tibet.

The press conference with Mr. Tsering will be held on Wednesday, April 24, in the Club of Journalists in Prague.
