Dear Ambassador:

We take the liberty to write to you in relation to the establishment of the International Criminal Court. We ask for your support as the representative of your Country to the United Nations.

After two years of extremely good work of the ad hoc Committee and the Preparatory Committee, it is now the time to take the decision to convene a Diplomatic Conference and establish the International Criminal Court.

We are asking you to support the request to fix a date for a Diplomatic Conference at the currently Preparatory Committee, in order to includethe most concrete points in the final documents and in the recommendations to the General Assembly.

We enclose the document presented to the Preparatory Committee as an NGO with consultative status (Category 1) with the Economic and Social Council at the United Nations. Furthermore we include our newsletter which is sent to more than 20.000 Members of Parliaments in 60 countries all over the world calling for support in the creation of an International Criminal Court.
