Headline: "Transradicals have demonstrated in front of Foreign Ministry".

The Transnational Radical Party have organized the demonstration for the freedom of Tibet, the Panchen Lama and the Chinese disident Wei Jingsheng in front of the Foreign Ministry in Prague. The delegation gave to the ministry a letter on the situation in Tibet and China. Similar actions were held yesterday in 28 countries in the world.

The delegation was received by the Director of Asia Department, Mr. Rudolf Slánský. According to him, the Ministry uses all the occasions to bring these issues to the attention of Chinese authorities. Last time they have discussed it during the visit of Chinese Foreign Minister in Czech Republic. Therefore no diplomatic notes will be sent. The Czech Foreign Ministry prefers to use the means of tactful diplomacy. Olga Cechurova from TRP said that the meeting was "fairly possitive", even if the given requests were not realized. "We are not satisfied, it would be too strong word", she said.

Seven years old boy Gedhun Choekyi Nyima was kidnaped by the Chinese authorities together with his parents and fifty monks a few day after he was recognized as the last reincarnation of the Panchen Lama, the second religious leader of Tibet. Chinese disident Wei Jingsheng has spent in jail 14 years and then imprisoned again. This time for fifteen years.

Together with this report was published a big snapshot with the RP`s logo (Gandhi) in foreground. The note under it says: "The former member of the Transnational Radical Party, John Bok, and member of its General Council, Olga Cechurova, during the nonviolent demonstration for more active policy of Czech Republic against Chinese canceling of Tibet from the map of world. `People are able to forget what was happening before in our country and what is now happening somewhere else`, says J.Bok.

Nonviolent demonstration was held yesterday in front of the Foreign Ministry for solving the situation in China and Tibet. Olga Cechurova from the Transnational Radical Party, which organized this action, and John Bok have met in this occasion the representatives of the ministry and gave them the opened letter adressed to the Minister Josef Zieleniec.
