I would like to forward this invitation to participate in the meeting of experts on the establishment of a permanent international criminal court. The meeting is a joint effort on behalf of the Institute and the International Law Association's Committee for a Permanent International Criminal Court (COPICC). The goal is to produce a report for submission to the Preparatory Committee on the ICC which will meet again in January, 1997.
