STRASBOURG (Radical party) The European Parliament's Sakharov Prize was awarded to Chinese dissident Wei Jingsheng. The Moscow office of the Radical Party stated that the prize was awarded to Wei Jingsheng on the initiative of the "European Radical Alliance" and groups of liberals and reformists in the European parliament.
