Dissatifaction with the policy and the peaceful, "non-active" course carried out by Mr Rugova goes on with the absolute dominant position of Serbs in Kosova, namely the terrible tortures of Albanians, the Albanians involved within the State's administration (e.g. education) being expelled, and massive Albanian exodus from Kosova.
Because of those developments, a well-known Albanian writer from Kosova started an active opposition. The Kosova's "Mandela", Mr Adem Demaçi recently made public his membership to the Parliamentary Party of Kosova.
His engagement will reflect a new and strong position by Albanians, vis-a-vis to the repressive system carried out by Mr Milosevic about Kosovo.
New developments are expected: that's a new political organization that will have straight influence, not just in former Yugoslavia but in Balkans too as a whole, because Mr Demaçi's ability to find out supporters for his ideas in Kosova as well as in Macedonia, Montenegro and Albania.
Mr Demaçi gained consent by LDK's supporters, including some groups of political prisoners with a similar moral force to resist the continuous apparatus' repression.
An actual and powerful opposition in Kosova will be established by Mr Demaci's decision, while on the other hand, things would get even worse by the continued Mr Milosevic's control on that country.
International community should seriously analize such a political phenomenon, so that a diplomatic intervention could help to avoid a possibly outbreak of violence and a consequently escalation in the region's situation.
According to information received in Sofia, Mr Demaci is going to implement his views in Kosova's Parliament and other institutions.
