According to the albanian languige program of the "Voice of America" at this recent hours, the Albanian President, Sali Berisha, declared that "the National policy is the monopoly of no one. The Kosova's case will not be solved in Tirana, Bruxelles, Washington, Paris, etc, but it would be and will be solved in Prishtina and no other place." According to this program, BERISHA, anounced that "the national policy is of every albanian and every albanian must be active to the national policy".

Albanian President declared also that "He hails the opposition moviments of Serbs as a natural struggel against one totalitary regime, but if the serbian citizens have natural right to fight against this regime, albanian of Kosova have too much more right to fight against it, and also the Albanian Parliament of Kosova must be gathered and work".

According to this program too, albanian President declared also "in a possible conflict in Kosova, Albania and all albanians are involved into it too, and must not be out of it", - but in reference to this he has declared that - albanian policy of Kosova must be cleared of that every thing and aim need the right time and the aims of Kosova albanians must be followed step by step, to arrive and to achive their natural rights".
