As it has been cleared to us also by the information i have set into the telematic conferences, the Kosova's issues is a very impressionable case in Balkans, and as well as I think very cannected to the transnational radical policy options.

As well as I think, the Kosova Policy has used e policy of non violence, as that of the Radical Party, also it was not, at recent time, as good as well as the radical way of non violence, but in the mean time, the leader of the Parlamentary Kosova's Party, Adem Demaci, the supporter of the our non violence policy with his relation to the Radical Party, and recently with his options of making opposition to the ongoing ufficial kosova policy and giving to it impact and making it more active, the last happening in Serbia and the connection they have to Kosova case, I think are very relyble of this idea.

In spite of that, we must remember that the MILOSCEVIC Government has obtained the power promissing the "Big Serbia", and as it has happended at the recent time, MILOSCEVIC is accused by serbian opposition, between others, of not founding the "Big Serbia", of lossing the war in Croatia, in Bosnia-Ercegovina and being tolerant in Kosova's issues... While, we must remember that the last Kosova's experience of the year 1981, when the Kosova peaceful revolution and demostrations have been crushed by tanks and terrible violence, also they followed the active non violence by hunger strikes and peaceful demostrations and active rezistance (as an original transnational radical policy's options), they are not supported by international policy at the due level, and as it happends normaly by the human nature, they are afraid of the serbian violence, they are afraid of the european indiference as one proved and possible experience, especialy in Balkans.

But in the mean time, we are known that to the OSCE most recent union, the chairman of the U.S. Mission, Sam BROWN, over others, requested that the issues of the national rights of the Kosova Albanians must be considered seriously, and one of the recommendations of GONZALES, is to the returning of the OSCE mission to Kosova, while we know that the solution would be found by the dialogue bwtween the Albanians and the Serbs, at the presence of a third side, and in accordance with the kosova people will...

I cannot imagine that the Serbs will be as well as peaceful, only by recommandations, as this case need, but over these it needs asking the promptly and completely implementation of them by Belgrade, it needs oppossing the integration of the Yugoslav Federation in OSCE, and too much more than these, and to my opinion, the Transnational Radical Party, which had and has one office in Prishtina, and has been and is very sensitive in such a case, would make some thing more on these issues...
