congratulations on reaching the goal of 1000 signatures for Wei Jingsheng. I am just coming back from a last minute effort distributing 270 letters to faculty members of Stanford University, so you might receive a few more endorsements later today and tomorrow (although most of the faculty here are rather conservative). Please let me know who sends you an endorsement as these people may be amenable for future actions on behalf of Tibet. I am happy that another member of the Committee of 100 for Tibet, Mairead Maguire Corrigan, has signed on, but I am disappointed that none of the other Nobel laureates of our Committee have. Writing twice to them was the best I could do, though. Please keep me updated as this campaign progresses.
