Text: In light of the worrying developments in Hong Kong where the Chinese government is introducing procedures which threaten the process of the transfer of the sovereignty of Hong Kong and the respect for Human Rights in the territory, what position does the Commission intend to adopt on the subject in order to uphold the Rule of Law and respect for fundamental Human Rights?
