The Democratic party policy has received what it has planted, and in the mean time, to have a clear review we must set all the principal elements at the right position.

The Democratic Party after has obtained the power begun to set a normal reform to the all technical parameters as well to political ones, and it worked too much strong to the sud of Albania. We must remember that the comunist albanian policy has been more strong in Sud-Albania. (Over all, to the city of Vlora where there was a military tradition which obliged all the families to have in a military person otherwise it was not a respectful family).

The reform of the Democratic Party started to the Military Army more strong as to the other fields, and it worked setting out of the Army the people who were envolved to the last comunist system as well to the left wing of the policy and certainly to all Albania as well to the sud of Albania. It worked at the same way in Sud-Albania as to Nord-Albania but it had more risult there because it was a place of the left political wing and as consequence there were too many persons there to be not satisfied with the last policy especialy in the Military Army. At the same time, this got out of work a great number of people who in same way founded an other Military Army certainly not at all organized.

The sud of Albania and especialy Vlora have the border too much near the cities. Vlora has the Sud-Italy, and the other ones have the Greece and this unemployment for these last ones was not too much difficult because they went to Greece as emigrants while the citizens of Vlora went to the SUD-ITALY to work there where the Mafia was very strong and powerfull.

Being unemployed and very poor these citizens were ready to work to every job and unfortunately a good part of them, may be, have been envolved to Mafia's jobs. The consequence of these emigration of the Sud-Albania and, may be, the envolvement to the Mafia's job made these places to become more wealthy as Nord-Albania, and too many persons of Sud invested to the middel Albania and less to the Nord Albania.

The Democratic Party, may be, to make equilibrium to these important elements, did that too many nord people have been sent to the middel Albania and to Sud Albania and employed and favoured by the policy in power, and all these moviments, as matter of fact, have made some dissatisfaction to the sud Albania, but having the financial equilibrium it was no problem having real parameters, and certainly having equilibrium to the Parliament and to the political power too.

After the ellection of 26 May the left opposition political parties have been violented by all means to the political rights.

The ellection has been declared by different observers as manipulated ones, and the people of left wings had not the right to demostrate his opinions and the right to demostrate on the streets has been diaowned by the Power, and as a risult of it the Democratic Party won the absolute majority in Parliament and in the Central Executive Power as well to the local Government.

All these political moviments changed the equilirium of all parameters, but no one could made any thing as long as the financial parameters was till in equilibrium.
