The missing parameters of the experience at the Free Economy and as consequence the missing of the due laws, rules at the financial field, especialy to the necessary parameters of the Banks, and certainly the missing of the needfull and Private Credit Banks made the foundation of some Private Comapanies which fulfiled, in some way, these necessities them self.

These Private Companies to have some financial credit to fulfil different and needful investiment in Albania aiming their prosperity, giving more jobs and encreasing the economy created the Financial Schemes to make the albanian people creditors and borrowing to them their savings to realize the investiments.

As a matter of fact, all of the albanian people had some considerable sums of money which were the savings from the emigration and different private activities they have made, but over all, let me remember that what I told over: the most wealthy people were them of the Sud-albania and the most powerfull Companies were them of this side of the Albania, especially them of Vlora which was in the center of the emigration field, clandestin too, comercial trade, clandestine, and, may be, in drugs trade too.

As a risult of all these, the Financial Pyramide Schemes were in the center of all albanian political financial activities and certainly, mostly of them, to the Party in Power which could gave some privileges to these Companies. They got investing the political activities of different political parties in lawfull way, but, it was not impossible into unlwaful way too.

The Party in Power got that all albanian families investing their savings into these Companies got some persentage of money there, and it made the normality to these families and to all Albania, but at the other side these Financial Companies got too much unthinkable sums of money from the savings of the albanian families and it made them to be quiet for what was happening, remembering that every thing looked to be working very well.

These Companies donnot having professional staff leaved their investment without the due attention and were living in the "lucky prospering financial activities" donnot thinking about the existing and possible bankruptcy.

These Finacial Companies worked perfectly with that great circulation of money saved by albanian people, which ones made the "normality" in all Albania, also some body thinks there were working some unlawfull money into these Financial Schemes too, which afterwards got them self as "Pyramide Schemes".

It was the most responsibility of the Democratic Party in power which stood indifferent from what was happening and possible corruption of some of its leaders and followers who were interested to leave these financial companies to go towards their unknown destinations and without controlling them.

After all these, the International Financial Organizations as World Bank, International Monetary Fund and other, which have been present for all these years in Albania, wormed the Albanian Government about the inpossible financial risults of these Companies, and afterwards, came out the bankruptcy of some of them and begun the crushing of the normality.
