After the worming of International Finacial Organizations there was talked for the risky end of these Investiments Financial Companies, which afterwards, have been called the Financial Pyramide Shemes, the Albanian Government begun to controll and to stop their activitites, but not to the right way.

The Democratic Party in power did not accepted its resposability as deep as it really was, but declared that it was a part of the Free Economy and the albanian people must recognize its fault and the risk of this freedom. The arresting of the Companies or the Pyramide schemes's Presidents have been realized not in a transparent way, no one of them made any long public interview to the albanian people as it needed to be, as well to the procedings of tribunal way.

While, the Democratic Party Policy to oppose the probable left options which were and are possible within post communist Albania, and which as I told over was more strong in Sud-Albania, has made some struggle to fight that in it self too. As a risult of such options to the Democratic Party Leadership have been designated mostly the people with nord origine and that, in some way, reinforced the real difference between Nord and Sud Albania, certainly to make it more strong after the bankruptcy of the Financial Companies, which were mostly from the nord of Albania.

The colaps of these Financial Pyramide Companies have been followed by different protests and demostrations towards the Democratic Government for its responsability especialy in Vlora's city. While, the people and their demostrations have been not permited by the polices of the State, the hungery strikes of the Students, made in Sud-Albania, have been not accepted by the policy in power and the peacefull demostration in all the Albania have been prohibited by the local Government which was mostly representatives of the Democratic Party

This blundering policy, perheps with the good aims, especially to the followers and the honest leaders of the Democratic Party, sin the beginnings made some probable parameters of one possible revolt certainly more strong in Sud-Albania. Unfortunately, to the present days it became an army revolt, firstly in Sud-Albania, and afterwards in Nord-Albania too...

Nevertheless, no one can accuse the Socialist Party, which is the reformed follower of ex Albanian Comunist Party, as organizator of these army revolt in Sud-Albania, being violated in its rights too, by the democratic power policy, as well, no one can accuse the Democratic Party to have organized the counteraction to the nord albanian people taking the arms up, but every one can recognize the need of the presence of one International Military Force as intercessor to make guarantee to both parts for delivering of the arms, and making peace in all the Albania because no one wants the war.

There is talked to albanian people for corruption of the Democratic Party in power, which is not right option because it, may be exist, but at all it has to be the corruption of some of democratic leaders and followers and not that of Democratic Party. Certainly, it is the role of the opposition political parties to profit by the mistakes of the position, but I think a new reorganized Democratic Party and a real Reformed Socialist Party, and the Albanian people too, have to learn by these last crisis and will not permit any more to be repeated such incidents and to learn that, to be different into the options and opinions it is not necessary to be adversoaries, so much the less enemies.
