The albanian reconciliation parameter is the absolute necessity for the permanent peace in Balkan for different reasons, and over all, it has to be called better the albanian pacification because, it is at all, one albanian pacification at the present procedures. The reconcialition will come afterwards when the albanian permanent solution will be realized in all Balkans.

One long missing solution to the albanian crisis by the inner and outer components has to be very risky for all Balkans. The very long albanian chaos and unsolved questions of albanians by the International Institutions, may be instigates, in non volantary way, the national intervantions of the neigbouring countries as Italy, Greece and Turky, as well the conflict in Kosova and in Maqedonia.

The present global international policy, being or not the cold war in the World, must be immediately interested to the Albanian crisis. There is no reason to say we are not interested to the Albanian crisis because at the present post cold war has to decides the industrial policy and not that of the Governments. It has no sense.

While, the Sud-Albania has the greek minority, composed by 60.000 people, which make this Greek State to be directly interested to their coonationalists and ready to protect their rights, remembering too, there are different political greek groups which are interested to the Sud-Albania. Such a real component of the Albanian crisis make deeply the difference between Nord and Sud Albanian, and a probable intervention of the military greek army. In the mean time, such difference and possible conflict, may be, instigates the envolving of the Nord Albania, as well the Kosova's people to protect the integrity of the Albania, also it bring a possible intervention of the military turkish army too, which is directly, in some way, in conflict with the economic and religion interests of the Greece.

The albanian political component tu such a conflict is separated in ideological, structural and economic interests, and it need a very clear transparence too. As much as I know the albanian policy it has been for ever very connected to the influences of the international policy, and every political moviment made, has had some outer influences, at least in aparences.

To realize such a pacifation to the left and right albanian wings it need a very strong support by the coordinated international diplomacy, as that of European Union, United States of America and the United Nations too. With a very strong intercessor of the coordinated International Diplomacy has to be more simply realized the pacification of the present Albanian policy, afterwards, may be, with a military intervention to realize the disarming of the people and the reconciliation of the Albanians, because there is a probable influnce of the neighbouring countries policy to both wings, left and right, socialist and democrats.
