It is not completely clear, to whom is addressed the statement done in Brussels by Mr. Yuryev. Unfortunately, the life actually shows that the conscientious objection bill which is imprisoned for more than three years inside the State Duma and is so necessary for hundreds of thousands of voters, doesn't wotry our parliamentarians very much. However, the reason appears to be quite different with that one explained to the MEPs by the estimated vice speaker.

It's difficult to imagine, that Mr. Yuryev doesn't know about the tragical fate of famous Yeltsin's Decree No. 722 about the transition to the professional army. It's impossible to guess, that one of the heads of the Lawer Chamber is not informed about statements on military reform as a whole and on terms of transition to the professional army in particular, many times during last period made by president, prime minister and head of defence ministry.

Nobody among the current military and political leadership of the country intends to abandon conscription in the near future. It cannot be unknown to Mikhail Yuryev.
