There is been known that the Albanian Government is the coalition one, and it is composed by most of the all political parties, but is it enough to solve the political crisis?

In the meand time, all the political parties there are declared to be supporter of the Coalition Government! Declaring to such case is not enough, donnot speaking to that the political parties are not in controll at the due levell of all teritories and all rebels and people.

Certainly, there is a possible risk of army confrontation in Albania, but, it has to be not the civil war, also it has to starts by ideologjical opinions and reggional appertainings, sud and nord, by different gruops and individual people at all. The middel of the Albania is not out of such a risk, seeing that there are transfered too many people from respective reggions in the middel of the Albania, and mostly in Tirana, the albanian capital.

Sicuraly, it is necessary to do the prevention of the confrontations and it has to be especially by outer components and international policy. The possible disarming of the population has to works very well by an active and outer intercessor as a guarantee of the prevention of one probable revengeby both parts.

Naturaly, the albanian Government can do such a disarming and setting of the tranquility to the Albania but, certainly, by different parameters in time and quality, and the risults of such Albanian operation would have a very strong influence to the coming ellections, to the albanian opinions of the ellectors and more. While, the intervention of a Multi-National Military Force has to accompanies the aids in Albania from the different gang of thieves and to prevent in a rationaly way the operation of the Albanian Government in the all Albania.

In the mean time, there is a very strong responsibility to the Socialist Party, which to give an evident guarantee, for its will, to stabilize the situation must turn in the Parliament. The situation is very different from the 26th of may, 1996, when the ellections were performed and the Socialist Party did not accepted such ellections. At the present there is working one Coalition Government and the albanian people need such a consens, may be, to give a contribute to the pacification od the albanian..., remembering that the albanian law of the ellections has to be changed in this Parliament too.

If, there is a necessasity to make the Albanian President to give the resignation, certainly it has to be better to be realized by the presure of the reorganized Democratic Party, which has the most responsability of it all, and also to keep the equilibrium of the present policy, and over all to that of the future, and surely, it all, has to be performed, perfectly, by the support of the International Diplomacy, seeing that the albanian policy is very influenced of that.
