Certainly, the Balkan was to be divided perfectly by the natural parameters, and the borders to be signed to the ethnich population and not as it was decided, especially, to the Londra's Conference of 1913. In the mean time, it was to be better by the Daiton Agreement to found a Great Serbia (Serbia & Monte-Negro), A Great Croatia and a Great Albania too, but now it look just like a dream, being natural too.

While, there are different solution to such cases and the last one is that old of Adem DEMACI, who published to a Serbian Newspaper its proposal for a Serbian Confederation with Serbia, Montenegro and Kosova.

The President of the Kosova's Parlamentary Party, proposes him self, in personal way, the idea of the founding of this Confederation composed by principals and equal constituent rights by three States;

with and leaded by the Defensive Council which has to be composed by representative of the three States, while, no decision will be excuted without the consensus of the three parts;

with the same flag composed by simobols of the three constituent states and more.

DEMACI, declared that this proposal is the only solution to deviates from one possibel and terrible bloodshed.

This personal proposal of DEMACI, has been opposed immediately by Democratic League, which declared that as a proposal in opponence with the referendum made in Kosova for the Independece, as well to the will of Kosova's people who decided by the free vote in this referendum for Indipendent State of Kosova.

Certainly, it has to creates too much debates and over all it has to be disccused into Parlamentary Party it self, and after it to other political Kosova's forces.

In the mean time, there is known that there are two deads and one wounded people in Prishtina, and that these victims were in closed connection with the serbian regime in Kosova.
