Fisrtly, I want to say that all I have said and I am saying on the albanian policy and crisis dipends very much from the presure of the International Diplomcy, remembering my objective opinion of the very vocationed albanian policy by outer ones.

I think no one revolt would been realised in a small country as Albania without the believing of the people on the option of "the outer policy wants the revolt"!

At the last revolt has been made popular that the american policy and the european ones wanted to fall down the present albanian policy in power, certainly, this last one gave the chance and possibility of making that credible, too.

Also, I want to say that the present albanian chaos is very connected to the albanian political & structural cramp on the albanian institutional division by the albanian political forces.

The albanian parliament is absolutely dominated by the Democratic Party, some other small ones and the missing socialist Party which has only 9 Deputies, the Presidence is dominated by the President who is, as a matter of facts, the dominater of the Democratic Party, and the Government of the Reconcilation is, at all, dominated by all political forces and their representers of the political rotund table encluded the Democratic Party, which has the Interior Ministry, the National Information Service and the Secretary of the State in the Miniters's Council. In the meanwhile, the Government to make a draft law, to have force at once, must pass it by the Parliament and excutes by the Interior Ministry, rembering that all fields of the albanian crisis depends on the Public Order which is competence of this last Ministry.

Over all and recently, it all has to work by the truthful agreement of the all Albanian Political Parties on the rotund political table, encluded the Democratic Party too, and the setting of that on the center of the present policy for the Albanian crisis. This last one, to found the equilibrium and the solution of the crisis, must work on every day and has to take some competence of the Parliament and the President, or at last, some competence of these last powers have to be consult with the rotund table of political parties, which is difficult to be accepted by the Democratic Party, seeing that this last albanian political crisis is very complexive too...

In some way, both albanian political wings are politicaly Representative of different epochs, the Democratic Party and their satelities are of the pluralist epoch and the Socialist Party and other left Parties of the last comunist one, but, practicaly the two of them are components of both epochs, and must be moderated too.

Nevertheless, these last days we are known that there are developed different peaceful demostraions on the Sud & Nord Albania and the people of the respective reggions have demanded the peace, the developing of the schools, no army confrontations, dialog, harmony between Sud and Nord of the Albania, and more just like these requests...that means in the meanwhile that all the albanian people wants the peace, and that this last crisis need to be shown the good will by both ideologies and their representatives to found a new perseverance in their political works to arrive to the anticipating ellections in the predicted time, with calm and certainly, with the needful suports of the International Diplomacy to set the rotund political table to work strongly in the center of the albanian policy and the political Institutions...
