The albanian June ellections are not far way, in time, from the present days of April, and they need some necessary parameters to be free ones. These ellections have to be the possible chance of the Albanian Democracy and the first steps of the right Albanian constructing Institutions.

These days before the ellections have to be the foundation of the albanian reconcilation and these working political days, certainly, need the contribution of all political components, outers and inners ones.

All the outers political components are obliged to say: it is an albanian political problem and it has to be solved by the albanian people! Sicuraly, it is right, but no one can say the outers political components must not organize different political initiatives to set in front of each other the inner albanian components and alternatives, and to give contribute to the albanian political crisis solution!

Till these last days there are developed different albanian neghoutiations, and there is not found any permanent solution to the albanian political crisis, still. Every Party has its way of solutions which send to the june ellections, but there is no sicure way to set free ellection with an army people to the Albania. There is no sicure possibility to make ellectoral campagne to the different villages of the nord and sud Albania for every Party. This mean, in some way, that every Political Party, every political Organization has to work to this direction, to the disarming of the people, and it need a very sincery agreement between left and right political albanian wings.

Certainly, the 10 political Parties are agreed to the Historical Agreement of 9th of March, but there is not any positive risults on this fragile field, and it need one more deeply Agreement on the disarming question.

While, we know the Albanian Socialist Prime Minister, with some other Ministers mostly socialist, have been prohibited by an army group to go to Scutari, in Nord Albania;

we know that to the city of Sud Albania, Vlora, yesterday have been reported the assault of the Saving Banks of this city, at the right time when it was ready to give the money to the pensionists of this revolted city, it sicuraly, needs a bigger cooperation, and over all it, certainly, donnot need an outer political intervention to decide on the solution, but it, may be, works better to give possibility to the leading of albanian political talkings of different Parties by outer diplomacy, or at least, as it is happening to Kosova's case in New York, the leading of talkings by an International Non Government Organization, remembering that it is more than albanian problem.
