(Moscow, March 31) - One day before the beginning of the regular Spring conscription campaign, the news conference of Anti-militarist Radical Association has been organized in Russian American Press & Information Center. Participators of the news conference: Valerij BORSCEV, president of ARA and member of the State Duma; Nikolaj KHRAMOV, secretary of ARA; Sergej SOROKIN, member of ARA secretariat; Vadim HESSE, member of ARA secretariat and famous conscientious objector, imprisoned and justified last year. The main subject of the news conference was presentation of the first results of the "Post Offensive on the State Duma": almost 300 postcards for the soonest adoption of the law on alternative civilian service - "the law, the good law, the law now". Three Moscow TV channels (MTK, 2x2 and GKT) gave service about the news conference, as well as Radio Majak, Radio Ekho Moskvy and Radio Junost. Although the camera team of NTV was present on the news conference, this third national TV channel did not give any in

formation about the Radical news conference.
