Recently, the Government of the Riconcilation discharged the Interior Vice-Minister, Agim SHEHU, who has been denounced by Socialist Party for the using of force at 28th of may 1996, and the President of the Republic, Sali BERISHA, opposed such an order, telling that, the Vice Minister has been charged by the presidencial decree and must be discharged by the President himself.

In the mean time, after different strong and severe discusing by both scales of the State and political Parties, the Interior Vice-Minister is countinuing his duty.

Such a happening is not to make us surprising but it is an other signe of the differences and division of the power by the Government and the President, and such division has to make things working slowly, and over all, it will not help to the disarming of the albanian people.

While, we are known, by different press resources, that the transportation of the first aids which came in Albania did not need the supporting of the Multinational Military Forces. Such a happenings must remind us that the conflict is to the politicians and not to the civil people.

Then, it has to make the Security Council of the United Nations to demande the incremention of the mandate of the Multinational Military Forces for collaboration with the Albanian Police in connection with the actions of disarming, of neutralization of different violent groupps, acts which ones, must reduce the difference between powers and over all, it has to reinforce the Albanian State's Institutions.
