While, the Parlamentary Party of Kosova called, signing an appeal by 57 Kosova's deputies who were agreed for the Costituation of the present Parliament in Kosova, the Kosova's President has daclared the coming Presidential and Parlamentary Ellections, and by all means, the most important opposition political party of the Kosova's President, Ibraim RUGOVA and the Democratic League, which has the majority in Kosova, is the Parlamentary Party and the President of this last one is the possible competitor for the Presidential campaign of Kosova.
Certainly, the two lines of these Kosova's political parties are different not at the aims but to the ways of achieving them. Yesterday by a press conference, the parlamentary Party declared that they accepted the propose of RUGOVAS for ellections in Kosova...
Upon this, we are known that the DEMAÇI's project for "BALKANIA" has found consensus to the KOSOVA's Parlamentary Party itself, to which He is the President, and to different albanian political groups of Kosova, we are known too, that there is been public by "Dnevni Telegraf" Belgrade Newspapers some possible plans to change FRY constitution and a possible recomposition of Federal State, which have been agreed upon by MILOSCEVIC and BULATOVIC, Chairman of Montenegro.
The surprise of such a news is that these serbian Leaders accepted to grant Kosova status of a Republic not too much different form the idea of DEMAÇI. Certainly, the serbian aims of this step is to accept the demands for a solution of the Albanian question in Serbia by the West, and especeally by the U.S of America, and sicurally it is one political investiment towards the coming presidential ellectoral campaign for MILOSCEVIC in Serbia.
We certainly know that: the most responsable person for the war in Bosnia is MILOSCEVIC; the recruitment of prisioners for the war in Bosnia by MILOSCEVIC; the most comunism's conservator in Serbia is its present President, MILOSCEVIC, who is preparing him self for being again President of Serbian Republic and certainly we must be very carefull in front of such a happenings at the side of serbian people for not being accomplices...
Upon these all, the President of the Republic of Kosova Dr. Ibraim RUGOVA has sent a letter to Mr. Hans Van der Mierlo, Chairman-in Office of EU Council of Foreign Minsters, pressing that EU does not grant economic and trade measures to Belgrade before the Kosova issue is solved "in harmony with the political will of the people of Kosova" and reminding that the Resolution on Kosova question is the key to peace and stability in Balkan's region, while the situation in Kosova is till repressive, grave and dangerous under the Serbian regime.
