"Rinia Shqiptare per Integrim Europian" (The Albanian Youth Organization for European Integration) in cooperation with Transnational Party, (Tirana's Office) is preparing a project for the campagn of saying "No to the death penalty in Albania".

"Rinia Shqiptare per Integrim Europian", NGO, is preparing one social & political project again the death penalty in Albania and, in the mean time, I offered to them the support of the Radical Party...!

At the necessities of this project they declare that :

- The necessity of this campagne come out because of all the albanian political Parties, recently, have been daclared in favour of the of death penalty for one transitory time! This Youth organization donnot think so! They, by this project will support the idea of that the increasing of the crimes in Albania implementing the death penalty cannot be lower.

- They declare that "We have civil obligation to find out other ways for getting down the crime"!

The arguments of defending the abrogation of the basic legislation in favour of the death penalty must be out by one carefull proceding of the profesional studings and conclusions, by international expertise and experts too.

To the aims of this project they declare that:

- The abrogation of the basic legislation for the death penalty.

- Supporting of the albanian policy for one more rightfull direction on this field.

- The direct envolving of civil pubblic opinion to these campagne.

To the methods of this project they declare that:

- pubblic meettings, their's arguments must be developed to different conferencies and other "ad Hoc" participations.

- sensibilization of pubblic opinion for supporting and instigating the albanian Parliament and the other albanian institutions for the abrogation of the death penalty...
