The last occurrences, very rischy ones, in Scutari are already calmed, but, the damages are estimated to one millon of USD. There are arrested 17 people, who are supposed to be participater of the last occurrences in Scutari, and in the mean while, the accuses by the political parties are mutual. The political opinion of the Democratic Party is that the fault of such incidents is of the Government it self, and, in the mean time, the Socialist Party in power accuse the democratic Party for supporting politicaly such a happenings...!

Already the police forces have in it's control the citty, but, the problem is : has it to be repeated? Why are happening, or repeateing such events? Are the piramide schemes yet in the center of such happenings? Is there any other country involved...?

Recently, by the secret services of NATO, CIA and Italian one there is informed Albanian Interior Ministry that the troubles in Albania are sponsored by Yugoslav secret Service too. To the last occurrence of Scutari one of the organizators has been supposed to be trained in Monte Negro...

But, seeing calmy, the last albanian political issues we will note that the political conflict is based on demagogical points and not in pragmatic ones. The gaining of power it's not the wining of alternatives, but the victory of knowing groups. May be, it is the same problem for the other post comunist democracies too, but I would not like that for my country in troubles.

Analysing, we will remember that the main official reasons for the last anticipating political ellections, of June 1997, were the Piramide Schemes collaps, and these ellection, as we know, been won by the Socialist Party which promissed to the albanian people three most important things.

1. To get the transparence of these informal comercial trades, and as a risult of it, getting back of the lossed money to the people;

2. The founding of the administrative State in profesional way.

3. To get more space for the employment;

For the first point, the Center-Left qoalition Government got a Foreign Company to execute the transparence of these Piramide Scemes. In this time, there are legalised by the Tirana Tribunal some N.G.O. wich should difend the interets of the creditors of these informal albanian companies in front of the albanian company it self, in front of the Foreign Company wich should get the transparece, and in front of the albanian Government it self.

Recently:

the Foreign Company of the transparence declared that the albanian Companies, (especially VEFA which has 92 thousands of albanian creditors) have not the possibility to pay off the albanian creditors.

The Albanian Companies, especialy VEFA claimed such declarings as not exact ones, VEFA declare that it's company can pay off its creditors...!

The NGO seek a facing of opinions and facts by the creditors, Albanian Companies, Foreign Company and Government it self. These Assossations have execute some meetings in different citties wich have been used by the opposite political parties.

Today, the Citty Tribunal declared these NGO as outlaw ones...!

The employment of the albanians certainly is not very good and durring these month of this Government it is not increased, while, on the second point there is certainly too much to do...
