The albanian political situation is realy very tense bouth in Albania and in Kosovo.

The situation in Albania is developing very speedly too, and the political issues are very tense.

While, the declaring of secret servises of NATO, CIA and SIM for political and financial sponsoring of Yugoslav secret service for engaging troubles in Albania, after the incident of Scutari have been known that different motor-boats left the Scutari borders for Monte-Negro very speedly and the albanian police motor-boats couldn't achive their speed...

In the mean time, two days ago Belgrade refused to give visa to Ilir META, Vice President of the Parlamentary Commission of Foreign Affairs, and Jonuz BEGAJ, Albanian former Ambassiador in Belgrade, who were invited to participate to the Congress of Democratic League of Kosovo. The given reasons were nonsense.

Nevertheless the Congress of Democratic League of Kosovo developed it's sessions and ellected agaian Ibraim RUGOVA as it's President. Ibraim RUGOVA was riellected again by DLK Congress as candidate for the President of the Repubblic of Kosovo for march ellection.

In the mean while Greece refused the initiative of Bulgary, Turchy and Rumania dedicated to Kosova's case. The Greece Foreign Minister, Teodoros PANGALLOS, declared that "every initiative for Kosovo must include all region's countries which have some role to develop there, especialy the European Union".

The Greek Minister forgetting such very significative declaring continued that, after Creta's Sammite, Greece proposed the organization of one meeting between the leaderships of Serbia and Albanian for Kosova's case. This very advanced declaring has been developed by PAPANDREUS, Greek Minister for the European issues, who said that : "We are ready to organise a meeting between RUGOVA and MILOSCEVIC in Greece!

Today, to a Conference organised by the American Institution for Peace in Balkan, the American Congressmen, Elliot ANGEL, declared that: "every decision for Kosovo must be taken only by Albanian Kosova's people. The verdict to decide in fouvor or not for the independece in Kosovo belong only to the Kosova's people. If they decide to be a part of Former Yugoslavia they will deserve that. If they decide to be unificated with Albania they will deserve that too. This is People's self-determination."
