Today, the Defense's Vice-Ministers of the South-East European Countries have signed a letter of understanding in Tirana International Hotel on the military cooperation and coodefence for preventing conflicts in the region...

The Defence's Vice-Ministers of the Albania, Italy, Maqedonia, Bulgaria, Turchy, Romania, Sllovenia, under the closed admonition of the Representatives of USA & NATO, today, signed one of the most recent rational political action on the most problematic region of Balcans. This ongoing cooperation by the South-East European Countries will be coofinanced by every participant Country and under the mandate of the Council of Sicurity of United Nations and the Atlantic Pact.

The meetting of the Defense's Vice-Ministers of the South-East European Countries has been hailed by the Albanian President, Profesor Rexhep MEJDANI, Who, between other and gongratulating the signed pact, said that this cooperation has to be a step towards the peace in the our delicate region, and will oppose against the violation of the universal rights in the region and especialy in Ex - Yugoslavia, where, it's policy is continuing to follow archaic methods and violating the rights of the albanians and their fathers of the fathers rights. This cooperation must give - continued the Albanian President in His hailing- a very good contribution intervening in Kosovo and more in the our region where the universal rights been violated.

Recently the intervening of one multinational military forces in Kosovo has been officialy demanded by the Albanian Republican Party too, which demanded the presence of the international factor in dialoging between Serbs and Albanians.
