While the NATO's Countries Foreign Ministers decided for sending, firstly, military specialists in Albania and Maqedonia for preventing the conflicts in the Balcan's region, and RUGOVA has arrived in Washington, the Albanian Parliament approved one political declaration proposed by Foreign Affair Commission to the last session of Parliament for an new emergency policy on Kosovo.

By this declaration the Albanian Parliament demands the dislocation of NATO's military troops in Kosovo and the absolute need of the presence of the third political part in albanian - serbian dialog. The albanian parlamentary declaration demands by the Albanian Government to encourage cooperations with NATO in Albania too and to make the possible actings to request to the international factor the changing of the present strategy towards MILOSCEVIC. The parlamentary declarations demands by the Albanian Foreign Minister to report within 10 days for the actings which had developed the Albanian Government on Kosova question.

The parlamentary Foreign Commission has made contact with Foreign Embassies in Albania and has demanded by them the intervention of NATO in Kosovo and not in Albania's borders...

In the mean while the same intervention of NATO in Kosovo has been demanded by all albanian political parties in Kosovo...
