If the International Political Factor will not intervene in KOSOVA an other "Middle East" can be develop in Balcans...

Some History to understand better...

After the crushing of the Turchish Empire and during the first world war which mostly been develop in the albanian territories, the most closed Albania's allies were Austro-Hungarian Empire, wich lost the war, and that losing started the albanian mischance. The Austro-Hungarian loss was the factor which started the Albanian dispersion! All the Albania's enemies got in Albania of that time to occupy what could accupy, they wont to delete all the Albania, but, the Albanian Patriots supported by the Albania's Allies could procclamed, in 1912, the Independence of the Albania which is this of today too.

Principaly the albanians division begun by the Berlin Congress 1878 and especially by the London's Conference of the Ambassadors 1912-1913 which decided definitively to divide the Albania and the albanians! 55% of the Ethnic Albanian Territories have been recagnised to Serbia, Montenegro and Greece!

Certainly these albanian territories been occupied by these neighbourning countries by the military force and by terrible massacres (60% of the albanians of that time beeing killed, violated and massacred got out of the Albania's Territory...) and after that the European Powers recagnised the military occupation of the Albania by Greece, Serbia and Montenegro, division which has given historicaly and will give troubles, if not solved for good, for European Countries wich wont the stability!

During the second world war the Albanian Allies were Italy and Germany who got lost this war too, and The Albania who got recagnised by these Allies in their Kosova's territories been mischanced again and the massacres been repeated again. Massacer of Tivar in 1945, the war of DRENICA in 1945, violation used against albanian nationalists in 1956, expeling of albanians in Turchy in 1950-1960, the emergency situation in 1981, repression against the Kosova's autonomy in 1989 and now the present days...but, the albanians hope yet in their historical and natural allies who in the present are not producing loss...

Kosova/Albania!

Day after day with unfinishing serbian bombing and heavy artileria, killing of fathers in the sight of their women and children, violatings of women in the sight of their men and children on the south-ouest Kosova and, the risults only in one week of these massacres, at least, 15.000 albanian refugees of Kosova in Albania, and some other 15.000 albanians of Kosova in Montenegro. The first analysings tell that there are predicted more than 100.000 albanian refugees of Kosova mostly in Albania. This phenomenon certainly, if the NATO's military forces will not intervene in Kosovo, can destabilize the Albania but, I donnot think it has to be the only aim of such macabres plans.

The aparent serbian tactic seems sipmle on the ethnic purification in the most nationalist zones, but, it certainly means more for whom that wont to understand.

These probably albanian refugees of Kosova who are predicted to arrive to 100.000 people (if permeted by the International Factors and especialy by the Historical Albanian's Allies to continue arrivings ) only in Albania, certainly tomorow will be a potential society for war. The albanian non-violence will have no sens at that time and, these simple people who have left their homes, their properties, their dears dead there, and surely their dreems there, certainly will get armies in Albania (that's not difficult during these time in Albania) and will go back home to revenge on serbs. Probably this will mean war in Kosova, but, probably that will involve the Albania in war too and...

A friend of mine told me that there is a global plan which wont Albania as an "prosperated Israel" in Balcans, but, these present possibilities mean only "a Palestina" not more, and a possible troubled "Middel-East" in Balcans.
