According to some historians the first World War begun because the Austro-Hungarian did not accepted the dispersion of all the albanians on the Balcan's Countries...

The Austro-Hungarian aiming the foundation of the equilibrium, for their interests and having more influence in this region very fragile and dominated by the Sllavy People after the dispersion of the Ottoman Empire, wonted an Albanian State in front of the Orthodoxial Sllavy States of Balcans under the influence of Russing Empire, ( Serbia and Greece) making so a difference between the Balcan States and their conflict of interests of all the political world of that era in this region, They (austro-hungarian) accepted the war and after that been unfortunately disintegrated them self too...

During and after the second World War these sllavy regions under the influence of Russing Orthodoxe Empire became the veri convenient territories of Comunist Empire which had and have very close relation to the fanatic orthodoxy... After the second World War the Winners fortunataly for greek people been soon very interested to Greece and, after that They left the Albania and Federation of Yugoslavia out of the two "New Empires" which governed the political World of post Second World War. This certainly was not casual because these two States, Albania and Federative Yugoslavia (with internal costs) made geographicaly & politicaly the neutral space for the two Military & Politicaly Pacts (NATO and Varsciav Pact) of these decades of cold World War...

Now we are living in a new era, the cold World War has finished and the fanatic comunism got down too. World need different political influence, rules and political borders what for the albanians must be very important and a chance for beeing unificated at least softly in the exchange of economical and culture interest & filds and with the possibility to be met between relatives without permition of no political shovinism. This has to be convenient for the peace in Balcans because it's a natural thing and, as I think or I hope, it has been understood by the International Factor too...
