Already it is evident that the Kosova's case it's not a case of the only albanian-serbian people and interests but, it's a case of the global policy on That and, to the case's main position there are involved the most qualified world's countries interests as thouse of Russia, America and Europe. The anatical & political questions which have to be used should be based certainly on the interest of these parts and the difference they have on the region...?

The Kosova case it's a case of the most important present ones for the global policy because it on the core of the region's interests which ones are involved by different nationalities and Nations interests of the region and more. The so called province of Kosova connected to the Albania is one strategic position on the Balcans in front of Sllavy-orthodox People and their expantion...

According to some historian have been found some papers which show that the Great Petter have declared that the further most important & strategical zones for the Russia had to be Petterbourg, Vlladivostovi and Durres (Durrazzo), statement which is very significative and mean the great expansive plans had Rushia during that antic time... Certainly these aims of the Great Petter are historical Russing expantion plans and strategy which have been tried to be developed during the first World War and post war period, during the second World War and post war period, during the Cold War and certainly during the present days on which Russia is not in good position and the other part can use that...

Speaking about the present days the "New Russing Empire" declared that if the NATO's military troops intervene in Kosova's conflict without the permetion of the United Nations Sicurity Council it has to be the starting of an other cold war! Certainly the Russian authorities are not preoccupied for the infringement of the international rules but, They want to block this possible and absolute necessary intervention of the NATO troop in Kosova which should mean probably the blocking of the fights and starting of the dialog between albanian and serbs intermediated by the International Factor on Which Russia and Serbia donnot trust. That probably will mean the starting of the freedom in Kosova and such a thing cannot be tolerated by occupiers and to The United Nations Sicurity Council it cannot be tolerated by China too Which have the same problem with Tibetian People.

The NATO's authorities cannot accept such a "black-mail" by russing political and military authorities, but They are carefull on the natural obligation it bring, and SOLANA answer that NATO have all the options in force...!

It is evident that the "New Rushing Empire" have the same plans and strategy on the global policy which are not in the favour of the Modern Europe and freedom of the people... Let's remembering some historical periods which remind me that during the foundation of the Serbo-Croatia-Sllovenia Kingdoom (1919) which got albanian territories within that, in Kosova started a very strong albanian army moviment which could created some free albanian territories in DRENICA ang JUNIKU citties. After seven years of the international isolation and indiference by that policy which was justificated by the need the stabilization of the peace of post first world war had this moviment had failed too...!

After 1945 and during post periods of the Yalt Conference which recagnised Yugoslavia letting within that the albanian territories too, in DRENICA started an other army moviment which created the free albanian zones in this albanian citty of DRENICA, and after some months of fighting for freedom and the international isolation and indiference with the same justification of the need post second world war peace had this albanian army moviment failed too...

By the present will the international factor answer with the same justification? Will the modern political world permet to leave unsolved such cardinal questions in this delicate region? Certainly if the International Factor will tolerate such sllavy orthodoxi expantions on Balcans and more that will mean that the Balcans region probably, by albanians of Kosova', Makedonia, Montenegro or Greece, will have problem again after some weeks, month or years...

This time the albanians seem more decided for freedom and the situation can go towards the worst possibilities which the politics cannot imagine. Probably if the serbian army will not withdrawal from Kosova and will continue bombing the albanian civil houses and citties of Kosova, probably the Liberation Army of Kosova can became "an Albnian IRA" and, probably, do the same in Belgrade, so bombing of civil zones of the serbian citties and Institutions, thing which by serbian authoryties will probably be dedicated to the Albania and the same attempts should be repeated in Albania's citties and the Balcans will so and probably be involved in the war...
