Some weeks ago, according to Proff. Rexhep QOSJA, The President of the New Democratic League of Kosova and the Personality of the Albanian Letters, there are two albanian political factors in Kosova: the Democratic League of Kosova in It's political Institutions especialy by the President of Kosova's Repubblic, Ibraim RUGOVA, and the Liberation Army of Kosova, which ones are very different and must consider each other in equal political position. According to QOSJA too, these albanian political parties have the same aims but differents way to achive them, and it has to be a very deep impact of the albanian policy in Kosova and it, according to my opinion, be realistic especialy in the present developing situation...

The Liberation Army of Kosova ignored before by politics and getting in it's controll, within few months, 30% of the oust-suoth Kosova suddenly has been taken in consideration by the albanian politics who are doing every possible thing to get in their civil domination this albanian military formation, but, it seems very difficult for Ibraim RUGOVA Himself and the other albanian political parties which have losed their influence on the albanian people of Kosova who are supporting more LAK and It's guerillas actions which are being extended every day and more...

Certainly the LAK is not founded by "no one" and It should have their direct or indirect albanian leadership too. So some days ago Adem DEMACI has declared pubblicaly his own will to be one of the political leadership of LAK and to support their army action by His policy, thing which means that DEMACI will follow an other policy...

The supporting which Rexhep QOSJA give to the LAK is an other indirect leadership of the LAK. QOSJA has been the oppositer of RUGOVA's passive non-violence towards the political will of Kosova's people and has opposed always his passive policy. The LAK is an other possibilty for Qosja to oppose the Rugova's power and passive policy. To the other side there is an other indirect supposed leader of LAK who is the Prime Minister of the Kosova's Republic, Bujar BUKOSHI. This last one has opposed in different times RUGOVA's passive policy and has been oppositer of Him for different and concret political actions. For BUKOSHI it is too an other way to oppose the RUGOVA's power and his passive policy too...

In the mean time Ibraim RUGOVA to an interview to the albanian newspapers of Kosova "Koha Ditore" (daily news) has called the LAK to be under his domination and to get orders only by the legitimate President of Kosova's Republic. Otherwise - declares RUGOVA - it has to be fatal for Kosova. This all is a tipical RUGOVA's passive policy and it's not sufficient action by RUGOVA for the present times because the situation is developing very fastly and the albanian leader to achive such option must do that which did TUNGMAN and IZEBEJGOVIC when their people opposed the expantion of serbian policy.

RUGOVA now need to get on the military clothing and to discipline the actions of the LAK and moderate tha's position, otherwise that realy will risk the future of the all Balcans...
