More than the deviation of the war the albanians and the international factors are "institutionalising" the war it self in Kosova. So, the situation there is going up towards the arms and not to the diplomatic dialog. This fearfull prediction has been since the beginning of the most delicate crisis of the Continent, which, is now going slowly towards the classic war and all the parts are contributing on that...! There are at least 30 killed and 100 wounded albanians only yesterday very near the Albania's borders and the bombing has arrived till the Albania's territories. This is realy a very fearfull signe for Balcans. That at least can involve the Albania in war...?

The Albanian Government made public a statement on which condemned the last serbian military acting on the civil albanians and calls the International Factor ta act more practically than academicaly on the Kosova's crisis. The foreign albanian Minister declared that "the war has already begun in Kosova" and made public that the Albania have mobilized all It's infrastructures to face the serbian shovinism in It's own borders.

In the mean time, the number of refugees from Kosova, beyond Monte Negro and Albania, in Maqedonia have arrived to thousands and it is going to be bigger and very dangerous. No albanian of Kosova who has arrived in Maqedonia want to be registered as refugee there. The confidencial news from Bulgarian inteligence services made public that the conflict in Kosova will be extended in Maqedonia too, and very strangely, these news predict the time on which such happenings will be realised...!

In such happenings the International Factor must be very rational and must act imedietaly on the possible solution. The fear of the independence for the Kosova's albanians, which can incite the other albanians of the Maqedonia and Montenegro, is not any more preventive, in fact, it can be in the contrary...

Borders and States which are known historicaly and by different International Pacts are already disperse or unificated:

the dispersion of the Soviet Union, the violation of the Peace Conference of Paris in 1919;

the dispersion of the Yugoslav Federation, the violation of borders decided by the Versaje Pact;

the Unification of the two Germanies is the violation of the Yalt Pact.

Why only the borders of the albanians which belong to the oldest international decisions of this century cannot be changed? How many points of view have the international factor to judge crisis and conflicts? These are all retorics! Where is the right of the autodetermination for the international factor?

The argument which declare that we cannot destroy a State because some ethnic group want independence is not reasonable. Kosova is 4 times bigger than Monte Negro and, 1,5 bigger than Maqedonia. The albanians of Kosova are the third people in Former Yugoslavia by the number of people. So, if we want to give permanent solution to this crisis it is time to suport the alternatives which RUGOVA give to the Kosova's crisis and not His passive pacifism...
